Businesses around Minnesota need assistance to withstand the challenges of COVID-19. Many cities and counties throughout the state have grant or loan programs available to businesses, so their local economies can compete and thrive. The Minnesota Chamber’s Grow Minnesota! team has compiled a list of available funding at the city and county level. Although most loan and grant programs are closed, this page will be updated should any new programs begin.

Beltrami County		x			Emergency Loan Fund for businesses that are either located within Beltrami County or 15 miles of Bemidji. Emergency Funds are in the form of a participation loan with banks on lines of credit. Ex. If a business needs a line of credit and the bank is able to extend hypothetically $50,000, Greater Bemidji will match it at 0%. The business would get a $100,000 working capital line from the bank.
