Minnesota’s labor shortage, and decline in labor force participation is also hindering productivity and economic growth. Minnesota’s labor force projections are not likely to change for at least the next decade, so it is imperative that everyone has the opportunity to engage in Minnesota’s workforce. The Workforce Summit will provide best practices and solutions for employers seeking to address their workforce shortages, and strategies to break down employment barriers.
