Waste Wise success story: Bellmont Partners
Bellmont Partners, a PR firm located in Edina, has been going the extra mile to reduce, reuse and recycle in their office.
When Waste Wise visited Bellmont Partners during the summer of 2025, they found an employer encouraging sustainable practices. Their environmental initiatives have even been recognized by the City of Edina’s Green Business Recognition Program. The Bellmont Partners office features well-labeled trash, recycling and organic bins throughout the space. They have reusable plates, cups and utensils in the kitchen to cut down on single-use items. All of these are best practices for reuse and recycling.

When it comes to food, Bellmont Partners makes extra effort to prevent waste. They provide reusable containers for employees to take home leftover food from catered lunches. Then, employees clean the containers and bring them back for next time. This simple yet effective program allows them to eliminate food waste from office lunches.
“As a 20+ person team, reducing our food waste from meetings and events is a top priority. Labeled glass containers were the perfect fit to encourage team members to take home extra food!” – Krista Kuzma, Account Supervisor and Sustainability Committee Lead
