A Bright Success

Handyman's Hardware in St. Cloud completed their LED retrofit in 2022. The new bright lights look great. Even better, they will be saving $2,893 on their electric bill annually. After the Xcel Energy lighting rebate and the Business Energy Efficiency Grant were applied, the payback period on this project is just 1.6 years.

Continuing Improvements

Studio Eight is a creative production studio in Minneapolis. In 2019 they replaced their boilers, but they didn't stop there and in 2022 they upgraded from pneumatic controls to a centralized electronic system. The new system will save them $1,660.62 a year. The project received more than $11,000 in rebates and grant funding.
