Biography Details

Katie is responsible for human resources and the day-to-day functioning of the Chamber office, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, retention, employee benefits, technology and purchasing. She also oversees the Chamber’s internal communications and works closely with staff to ensure organizational efficiency and a productive, positive environment.

Prior to joining the Chamber in 2019, Katie worked in direct-hire recruiting/consulting at a Minneapolis-based boutique staffing agency. Before that, she spent nine years as the business manager and account executive with an association management company located in St. Paul. Clients there included chambers of commerce, trade associations and charitable foundations. She graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Business Management and Public Relations from the University of St. Thomas and is a SHRM Certified Professional. She currently serves as a student alumni mentor at St. Thomas and also volunteers with Catholic Charities.

Katie is a lifelong resident of the east metro and is proud to call the eastside of St. Paul home. Katie enjoys traveling, working out, golfing, trying new restaurants and spending time with friends and family.
