Biography Details

Previous to her role as Account Executive, Kathi served 15 years as Director of the Chamber's Grow Minnesota!® statewide economic development program. During these years she visited with and provided assistance to thousands of Minnesota businesses of all industry sectors and sizes. 

Hired in 2006, Kathi is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin. She also holds a master’s degree in community and economic development from Penn State University. She draws from more than 20 years of leadership experience in the chamber industry, as well as years of experience working in the private sector for a Fortune 500 company. She is an alumna of the Minnesota Chamber’s Leadership Minnesota program and the Blandin Community Leadership Program. She has experience in community development, serving eight years as a city planning commissioner. She is a past Board Director for the Economic Development Association of Minnesota (EDAM).

Kathi is an avid sports fan.
