Biography Details

Ella works at Waste Wise as a Sustainability Specialist helping businesses and non-profits within Ramsey County and Washington County to help improve their recycling and waste reduction initiatives. Prior to Waste Wise, she was a MN Green Corps member at the University of Minnesota, Center for Sustainable Building Research, where she help public entities across Minnesota optimize their energy usage, engage in decarbonization goals and meet state regulations to be compliment in reducing Minnesota’s GHG emissions.

As a political science and sustainability graduate from the University of Minnesota, Ella is passionate about using data-driven solutions to address complex environmental challenges and advocate for social change. With hands-on experience in technical assistance, climate change mitigation and community engagement, she is dedicated to promoting sustainable practices that benefit both people and the planet through cross-sector collaboration and consultation.
