Biography Details

Kevin works with Minnesota businesses to prioritize energy conservation goals and identify low-cost/no-cost energy saving opportunities during site assessments. As a Senior Energy Efficiency Specialist, Kevin provides ongoing project management consulting including; utility bill analysis, energy cost-savings analysis, applying for grant funding and utility rebates on behalf of businesses to cover the incremental cost of energy efficient technologies.

Before joining Energy Smart, Kevin was a residential energy auditor at Center for Energy and Environment. There, he conducted diagnostic assessments to measure home performance by identifying health and safety concerns, energy-saving measures, lower homeowner utility bills and improve comfort.

Kevin graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a Bachelor’s degree, having studied physical geography and environmental studies. In his free time, Kevin enjoys live music, cooking and outdoor recreation such as; hiking and camping along the North Shore of Lake Superior, biking and fishing any time he gets the chance.
